Gi(a)rlish Number – this show has so much cringeworthiness to it that it makes me uncomfortable… Still, that guy with these lines:
“You want to drop it by the start of the OP, right? I saw that on a portal site.”
“the original story is crap too, right? I haven’t read it, but I saw that on a portal site.”
“the voice actors are crap too, right? I haven’t heard them, but I saw that on a portal site.”
reminded me of the attitude I’ve seen of so many anime fans over the years.
Working!! is one of those series that I take really slowly but get through and thoroughly enjoy when I watch it. Still, after taking 5 months on the first one, then 8 months on the second, I wonder how long the third one will take me.
